Project Goals:
The NGV mobile app sets out to explore the relationship between the physical gallery experience and the virtual by bringing the collection, the artists, and the stories behind the artworks closer to the audience. Audio tours, interactive maps, and personalised memberships, enhance the gallery experience before, during and after a visit.

In this set of illustrations I explored the idea of combining contemporary fashion and playful youth with a symbol from my childhood. The two characters reflect a playful, seductive, uninhibited quality that is accentuated by the iconic ears.
Tools: Photoshop
Type: Fashion illustration
Role: Illustrator, Art Director
Project goals:
I had the opportunity to work with SFMOMA on their Mobile ticketing and membership app. The goal was to optimize the user-experience and make purchasing tickets a memorable, seamless, easy process. Each QR Code was designed specifically for the membership-levels at SFMOMA, and no two are the same.

In this illustration I explored a combination of techniques to help express peace, renewal, and beauty. The colours and shapes represent fragments of the Venezuelan flag, suspended in time, waiting for the right moment to be reformed.

Project Goals:
I set out to design a vision for Topshop that was inspired by the physical retail experience. I also aimed to create a clean and functional app that makes purchasing simple and straight forward. From a UX perspective, it needed to feel light and focused, with an emphasis on products rather than UI.
Key challenges:
One of the biggest challenges was maintaining the Topshop identity while balancing the functional aspects of a retail experience. Presenting items as a list, or overwhelming the payment process with unintuitive forms felt old fashioned. Instead, lists should appear as clusters, and the payment process should be intuitive, inspiring, and smarter with less steps.

Project Goals:
This is a personal project of mine where I turned a collection of illustrations I had created into a playful and fun ice-cream app. Helado, is a concept that delivers artisan ice cream on demand!
Key challenges:
I wanted to design a unique and playful interface that respected the original illustrations, but also brought the characters to life as ice-cream flavours in a fun interactive way.

In 2013, while working for a fashion agency in Sydney called The Launch Fashion Management, where I was introduced to an exciting new brand called 8 other reasons.
The goal of this project was to create an interactive look-book experience similar to a magazine which customers can use to curate items and be inspired new trends, while also being able to purchase products direct.
The concept of a virtual look-book also evolved into another product feature, called the virtual try-on. This served as a great opportunity for customers to assess the fit and finish of a product before they would commit to a purchase.
